My goal this season was to be able to mow my lawn. Yesterday, I achieved that goal using the Inspired Technologies Portable 300. I was thrilled. In fact, I was more than thrilled; I was exhilarated! And then I turned right around and walked my entire yard again applying fertilizer. It was like I just climbed Mt. Everest. What makes this so meaningful is I had always mowed my lawn until last summer when I was unable to mow at all. It was a combination of respiratory exacerbations and lack of any equipment that would provide me with sufficient oxygen to handle that much activity. Well, this year it is going to be a different story.

I did not fill the Portable 300 until we were ready to go to a birthday party for several of our grandchildren.  I went on the portable at 2:30 p.m. and used a flow setting of 1 the entire day while sitting and slowly moving around our son's house.  I continued to use the portable on a setting of 1 for the rest of the day while reading the newspaper, wathcing TV, and standing to work on a picture puzzle.  I took off the portable at 11:30 p.m.  The portable 300 still had liquid oxygen, even though I had used if for 9 hours.  Incredible.
